In the painting above of Annabel Lee (inspired by Edgar Allan Poe), she has stolen the (Chess) King from his Kingdom by the Sea. Far in the background, the Castle is in the shape of Rooks to keep my Chess theme alive and implemented in my painting. This is one of my most cherished peoms of all time. So loving and romantic it touches my soul.
